Evaluation of the exercices for the DVD

We have split the ages in five categories; after six weeks of training, twice a week for an hour a time, it is possible to evaluate each child according to the scale below. This allows each child to know his performance level.
The five age categories:
  • 4 to 6 years
  • 7 to 8 years
  • 9 to 10 years
  • 11 to 12 years
  • 13 years and above

Muscular Reinforcement

4 to 6 years: lateral trunk reinforcement; be able to remain in an isometric position for 15 seconds.

7 to 8 years: lateral trunk reinforcement; raise/lower the hips without touching the ground at least 10 times.

9 to 10 years: lateral trunk reinforcement; be able to remain in an isometric position for at least 10 seconds on the Swiss ball or raise/lower the hips without touching the ground at least 20 times.

11 to 12 years: lateral trunk reinforcement; raise/lower the hips while resting on the Swissball at least 10 times.
